First confirm the image still loads in an incognito browser — deleted, draft, or newly-privated images cannot be saved. Then recopy the URL straight from the Pinterest address bar (not from a notification or shortened share link). If the link still works in incognito and still fails on Pintere.com, drop us a note via the contact page with the URL and we will look at it.
